As we are growing and expanding, we want to establish our own marketing department that will integrate the marketing process into the overall company value chain. Therefore, we are looking for a Market Analyst to help us achieve this goal.
We are looking for a person with aspirations for projects related to market and economic trends analysis and market research initiatives.
Our Market Analyst will be responsible for research and data gathering to help our company market its products or services and help (re)determine the company’s position in the marketplace by researching our competitors and analyzing their prices, sales, and marketing methods.
All that through cooperation with our internal Sales, Finance, and Product teams and to help the company in determining potential markets, product demand, and pricing on a current and new client base.
A person successful in this role will be able to autonomously analyze quantitative and qualitative data, trends, and strategies aiming at increasing competitiveness and making the right business decisions.
- You have 0-3 years of experience in research or marketing positions or any relevant working experience
- You have a BSc or MSc level (Economy, Marketing, or IT major is a plus)
- Proficient in utilizing MS Office or its alternatives such as Google business suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint…)
- Knowledgeable about Software and interested in Technology in general
- You have a desire to learn
- You are data-driven with a strong analytical mindset
- You are a critical thinker
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
- You have great communication and presentation skills
- Monitoring and forecasting marketing and sales trends
- Measuring the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies
- Devising and evaluating methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls
- Gathering data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions
- Analyzing data using statistical software
- Converting complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports
- Preparing reports and presenting results to clients and management
- Working on pricing and pricing strategies
- Working on positioning and repositioning
- Developing advertising brochures and commercials, sales plans, and product promotions
- Evaluating data using statistical techniques and software
